JF Taylor Constructions was invited to take over this project when the previous builder went under. The Supervising Architect, Greg Smith trusted us and was very keen to see us pick up the pieces.

We have had experience building townhouses and single level units and this project came at a good time for us. We were able to complete the assignment with all the experience required given the complexities involved.

The owner was very happy with the JF Taylor end result which included 7 high quality units which went on to be fully tenanted with great returns for the owner.
