The company has offices in Dural, extensive building equipment and a solid experienced team.
John Taylor
Founded the company in 1967 and he was a very hard worker and motivated by his large family with 8 children. From the outset it was a family affair with John the builder and his wife Ailsa managing the bookwork. Together they built a business and a family.
John was a trained carpenter and attained his building licence. He demonstrated a strong work ethic and taught both his sons all aspects of carpentry and home building. Since 1967 John has built hundreds of homes and leaves a lasting legacy of wisdom, master craftmanship, and the power of endurance and faith.
Ashley Taylor
Joined the company in 1991 as a carpenter apprentice and completed his carpentry certification. He then went on to do his Bachelor of Building and Masters of Accounting. Ashley has been the Construction Manager for Taylor Constructions for over 20 years. Ashley is married to Jennifer and they have two children Jacob and Esther. On the weekends he can be found at the family farm chasing the cows and fixing fences.
Timothy Taylor
Joined the company in 2001 as a carpenter while he too trained to get his builders licence. Timothy has gone on to become the site supervisor and is an experienced lead carpenter. Tim is married to Emma and has four children. On weekends Tim can be found watching the motor sports or riding his motorbike.
Cristy Olmos
Is the Office Manager and has worked in this capacity for over 10 years. She is married to an architect Esteban Olmos, MSK Architects, and together they have four children. On weekends Cristy can be found running a marathon or in her garden.
Jennifer Taylor
Is the Marketing Manager and captures the finished product to add to the portfolio. She has a Bachelor of Commerce with more than 20 years experience in various brand building projects. On weekends Jennifer can be found reading, writing or dreaming of the next thing she wants Ashley to build.
Andy Mayo
Joined the company in 2009 as one of our lead carpenters. Andy is an expert fit-out carpenter and is an incredible asset to the team. Andy is married with three kids.
Jacob Taylor
Is our newest apprentice carpenter and the third generation Taylor to join the family run building company. Jacob has a can-do practical attitude and is perfectly suited to the trade. On weekends he can be found chopping firewood with his grandfather or riding motorbikes rounding up cows.
Brayden Mackenzie
Is our apprentice carpenter and is now on his way to becoming a fully trained carpenter. Braiden has a can-do attitude and is perfectly suited to the trade. On weekends he likes to tinker on his four wheel drive.
